Regarding Return and Refund (Please go through the below points correctly)

Onemedz.com provides utmost service to their end customers, and we handle every query of our customers via emails and calls.

OnemedzĀ  has only one motto to make a customer happy.

If the customer received any wrong / damaged product in their hands, then they have immediately taken our product image photo in this case and have to email us within 2 days after the product is received.

If a customer’s courier/order is lost in customs or stuck in the customs process and they neglect to pass the parcel and this case, we can again reship the courier.

In some cases, if the customer has not received the package/order and he does not require a new package to be sent again, then, in this case, we can refund the total amount which they have paid while placing the order.

In some cases, a customs clearance takes time, so our humble request to the customer is to wait for a few days to get their courier in their hands.

We are very fast in delivering orders in countries like the USA.

Once an order is placed, we usually email customers for their tracking details, so they have to check their email for tracking details.

We have usually respond to the customer within 24 hours via email (ISD Timezone).

We also call customers once their order is placed and call customers for their reviews.
